In this life, change is the only consistent. Whatever is going on, good or bad, we can be sure that it will be different tomorrow.

5Rhythms is a dance practice that supports us to stay grounded, focused, and intuitive within all these changes so that we can enjoy and celebrate our lives instead of controlling it them. This is a dancing day to celebrate change. Wave after wave with and emphasis on the lyrical rhythm, we gain flexibility for our bodies, hearts and minds. We welcome the new, wave goodby to the old, supported by the rhythms and the element wind.

A night of dance - 23 feb 2019 

A full on dance evening to wake and shake you’re body through Waves of 5Rhythms. 

Besides our hands and hips and feet, our special guide this evening is the spirit of the butterfly, that gracious being that knows so much about change and transformation.
