OPIS

This five day residential is an invitation for diving into a workshop-vacation, a combination of movement and relaxation, 5 Rhythms andMindfulness, dance floor and beaches. 

We will be dedicating the mornings to exploring each of the rhythms and having a Mindfulness meditation before lunch. In the evenings, there will be the option for dancing some waves, or the possibility to take the evening free. Its optional.

We will be staying at the three star hotel by the beach (50 m away). The dancing space is a large wooden glass house located in the hotel gardens and right next to a delicious big pool. 

 

It is the fourth year that we have this residential in this location.

 

The prices for this residential are:

Workshop +accommodation in a shared double room + half board- 375€.

(Early bird discount until the 15th of June - 325€)

 

Workshop +accommodation in a single room +half board - 475€.

(Early bird discount until the 15th of June 425€).

 

The workshop will be taught in Spanish and english.
