As winter approaches how can we support our inner light and create vibrant threads of connection with each other? By trusting the nourishing darkness, we allow ourselves to find our own ground and sources of energy.

Moving through the 5Rhythms map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we ride the transformative power of the wave to illuminate and share our uniqueness and our sameness, in the light and shadows of our being.

A chance to move from within, tune in and turn on, to cultivate and investigate the energetic connection with ourselves, others and the group.

No previous experience required. This workshop counts as 2.5 days of Waves Level towards the Teacher Training.
