BESCHRIJVING

We know, in the heart of our cells, in our teenage rooms, in nightclubs, on the village square, in a loving duo or all alone in our kitchen, that this lively expression of ourselves is most precious. During our danced meditations, we explore this infinite territory with complete freedom, creativity, and safety. This exploration begins and ends with the body, in order to open the poetic doors of the sensitive.

SWEAT 5 Rhythms®

In practice, during a "Sweat" session, we traverse various musical landscapes, with a rise in energy and different body states throughout the map of the 5 Rhythms® with light guidance. This practice is open to everyone, no level of dance or physical condition required.

The studio is at the very end of the nave. The entry code is sent upon request.

We start at 11 AM. Advice: arrive 15 minutes early to have time to change.

Price: tickets available on-site, 20 Euros – 15 euros reduced rate. (cash exact if possible or check, no credit card).

Duration: About 2 hours.

Water bottle and flexible attire recommended,

No phones or cameras

No Shazam or music information during the session 🙂

If you wish to know a song, I am available at the end.

We try to stay until the end if possible and we finish in a closing circle.
