Intro to the Wellness Waves Series:
Embrace the potential for increased energy, reduced stress, and a renewed zest for life in this immersive Series of Day long Workshop moving through the 5Rhythms® waves map. In each day long workshop we will explore mindfulness, movement, connection and self-care, all tailored to enhance your overall vitality. Join us to cultivate a deeper sense of well-being that radiates through every facet of your life. You are welcome to join one or all in the series. For those who sign up for the whole series you will get the added benefits saving $225, two 45 minute waves delivered to your inbox monthly, Zoom meeting in between workshops, Whatsapp connection and support in keeping your Wellness practice thriving. This workshop series is for both dancers new to the 5Rhythms practice and those who have danced hundreds of dances. All are welcome! You are welcome to join all, one or a few. How’s your pie chart of life experiences? Your inner portfolio. Is it full of activities, people, experiences that energize and fulfill you? Is it heavy on responsibilities that leave you drained, with little energy to add fulfilling experiences? We dance into exploring boundaries, embodying our yes breath, activating our no with clarity so we can meet our everyday experiences with balance. Taking this into the larger field of our relationships with Self, Other, Family, Community.

Full package: $525 ($225 savings) includes attending all workshop, group zoom connection in between and two 45 min Waves sent each month to dance and keep your practice thriving. Attending the whole series provides ongoing support and encouragement to keep your self-care practice thriving.

Refund Policy
Life happens and situations arise that keep us from attending. Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the workshop date receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee for day workshops. Cancellations made two weeks prior to the begin date are subject to a participant replacement and receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee if place in the workshop filled. All dancers can move the date to another workshop date if sick or an emergency arises if done prior to the workshop start day. If a participant is a no show for the workshop without communicating, registration payment will not be refunded. Full series purchase refunds are on a case by case basis, discount allows for missing one in the series (saving $225).
