In each day long workshop we will explore mindfulness, movement, connection and self-care, all tailored to enhance your overall vitality. Join us to cultivate a deeper sense of well-being that radiates through every facet of your life. Join one, a few or dance into all for added benefits of a zoom meeting between workshops, two Waves to dance to each month sent to your inbox and a deep discount of $225 off as a package. Nurturing Self through Flowing
The nurturing Rhythm of Flowing can assist us in boosting energy levels, allowing us to dance into life with an increased sense of vitality. Movements in Flowing are smooth and continuous; increasing flexibility, grounding and balance in our bodies, life and relationships. The gentle yet fluid movements in this Rhythm can help release tension and stress, leaving us in a more relaxed state of being. Focusing on the sensations of our bodies we increase awareness of our body's signals and needs so we can lovingly fill our buckets.

Full package: $525 ($225 savings) includes attending all workshop, group zoom connection in between and two 45 min Waves sent each month to dance and keep your practice thriving. Attending the whole series provides ongoing support and encouragement to keep your self-care practice thriving.

Refund Policy
Life happens and situations arise that keep us from attending. Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the workshop date receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee for day workshops. Cancellations made two weeks prior to the begin date are subject to a participant replacement and receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee if place in the workshop filled. All dancers can move the date to another workshop date if sick or an emergency arises if done prior to the workshop start day. If a participant is a no show for the workshop without communicating, registration payment will not be refunded. Full series purchase refunds are on a case by case basis, discount allows for missing one in the series (saving $225).
