We will explore through movement how we meet ourselves and one another with open curiosity. What shifts within us when each moment is entered with interest rather than fear or judgment? How do encounters unfold when our focus and perception are shaped by impartiality, and how does our sense of the future transform? 
 
The 5Rhythms® provide structure and a clear frame for this inquiry, while allowing space for free exploration. Five 5Rhythms® teachers co-create these days, each bringing their unique approaches and fresh impulses to the group.

For many years we have offered this Pentecost workshop, allowing it to take root within a growing community of dedicated dancers. 
Half of the profit will be donated to charitable 5Rhythms projects.
