Relationship is movement.

Nothing in us remains fixed.

Like waves,

we are constantly changing rhythm, texture, shape…

And yet—

how often do we expect ourselves

and those we love

to remain the same?

Dancing the Shadow Map in Relationship

You & Me is an invitation to discover how another person awakens what lies dormant within us.

Through movement, the Wave and the Map of the 5Rhythms, we will explore the light and shadow of each Rhythm, allowing the body to reveal new ways of listening, supporting, approaching, stepping back, and truly meeting one another.

Each dance is a dialogue.

Each encounter is an opportunity to remember who we are when we dare to be fully present.

Because the other not only reflects us.

They also reveal us.

Fabiola Morales is a psychologist and 5Rhythms teacher whose work integrates embodied group facilitation with a deep understanding of relational and emotional processes. She creates spaces where movement becomes a path toward self-awareness, authenticity, and transformation.

Gina Espinosa is a dancer, actress, and 5Rhythms teacher whose path has been deeply shaped by ritual dance and embodied performance. Her work invites people to reconnect with their creative essence, allowing movement, imagination, and ritual to become gateways to transformation.

Together, we invite you into that same living practice, where relationship becomes a path of discovery, and every dance an opportunity to transform what has been hidden into something deeply alive.

 In that process, shadow is not an obstacle, but raw material for awareness, creativity, and art.
