Welcome to the Evening with the 5Rhythms in Warsaw.

The class is open to beginners and experienced dancers.

There are no steps, you can't get this practice wrong!

Bring yourself as you are, we are going to include it all in our dance. Whatever we move, it changes.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
