On May 20, 27 & June 3, 10 & 17 the 5:45pm – 7:30pm Light Waves class will be offered at 75 Reid Street). 

People who usually attend the Light Waves Online class, we are providing a recorded class series, so you can keep up your weekly dance practice at home.

This location allows our regular dancers to park at St Brigids and enjoy a 10 minute walk to these weekly classes, offered in a new place!

Tuesday 5:45 - 7:15pm.  Cost $20

A gently guided 5Rhythms class that awakens energy through a guided moving meditation on the body and a 5Rhythms Wave. Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.

The 7:30pm – 9:30pm Tidal Wave class is also at 75 Reid Street.  Both classes are drop in, no booking required.
