Open meetings are intended for both beginners and experienced dancers who dance together and co-create the energy in the room. The teacher directs the two-hour meeting with music, theme, demonstration and leading. The basis is an energetic, musical wave that supports the individual's exploration of the circular map of 5Rhythms (Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness). Meetings will be led by Anže Bertoncelj, certified 5Rhythms teacher.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
