Come and dance the 5Rhythms, a dynamic movement meditation. The 5Rhythms- Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness- are five distinct ways of being and moving that together form a wave of energy. Through conscious movement from the inside out, set to a varied mix of music from around the world, we connect with our deeper breath and land in the present moment. Through the dance, we arrive at a place of freedom, embodiment, and connection with ourselves and each other. It is for everyone; there are no specific steps to learn, come as you are!NOTAS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
