This is one of a 10 week program of discounted recorded classes, so you can keep up your weekly dance practice at home. The good news about this format is once you book, you can download the wave and dance it whenever you like.
If you want to dance at the time of booking, simply click on the link, press play and dance to the class.
We have 2 hybrid (onsite + online) weekly evening classes we offer each week:
Tuesday Light Waves Online and Friday 5Rhythms Online
and 1 monthly morning online class Sunday Sweat Online

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
