Whether you're an experienced dancer or have never set foot on a dance floor, 5Rhythms offers a welcoming space for you to explore and embrace your body's natural rhythms, unlock your creativity, and experience the joy of free movement. It's an invitation to dance your way into a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.
Please arrive 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start
Class time: 7:00pm - 9:30pm
There is a small car park at the back of The Yoga Hall that can be accessed from Essex Street and Clifton Street.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
