Come and move in the lovely dance space at the Villa del Angel.

Following the 5Rhythms map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness we can enter a timeless experience of our most natural self, doing our own dance, our way.

Everyone is invited to dance as though we didn't already know how to! This opens up a space of discovery, exploration and embodied presence. Welcome!
