5Rhythms is a release from the mind, a liberation for the body and a way of connecting to your soul. Beautiful, mysterious and a lovely way to connect with other beautiful and mysterious people. It is for every body, regardless of gender, ability, faith, race and sexual orientation. It is inclusive of all. No experience is necessary. All you in need is the courage to get yourself there and the curiosity to see how your body wants to moves. There are no dance steps to follow so you can just be yourself.

We dance 5Rhythms in Frankston each Friday. You are welcome to try this practice at any time. No experience is necessary and the dancers are a lovely group of seekers, experiencers, and lovers of music. Reach out if you have questions - I'm happy to alleviate your concerns.
