Come honor the Summer Solstice with us.

You are invited to come dance and move guided by Emmanuelle in our sacred yurt at Growing Harmony Services

in Pittsfield, NH! All you need is to show up and be willing to follow your body, your feet, your breath and your dance.

All bodies welcome as well as all levels of experienced of 5Rhythms® .

Please bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes to move in (layers - we'll be getting warm).

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
