Welcome to Sunday's 5Rhythms Body Prayer with Ruth Hirst

We'll move through the 5Rhythms landscape to invite and include awareness, attention, intentions, invocations, offerings, whatever is whispering, calling to you, in the journey of your dance. Listen to how your body is calling you back into movement.

New and Experienced Dancers All are Welcome!
