This event will be an opportunity to dive into the 5Rhythms™ with the intention of letting the past be, and putting our prayers and dreams of the coming year into our dance and body memory. First timers and seasoned 5rhythms™ dancers alike are welcome to this extended class as we move through flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness to discover that sacred deliciousness that is uniquely yours.

Please wear loose, layered clothing. Water is available at the studio. (as well as other forms of goodies to eat!) I look forward to seeing you on the dance floor!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
