A weekly drop in class for everyone who wants to move. Following the 5Rhythms map and supported by a rich musical soundscape, this is the place to be to start the week with awareness, conscious breath and nourishing movement.

A space to step out of your head and into your feet, to follow your own body's ability and desire to dance, to express yourself through movement and release that which does not serve you. To come to a place of stillness where you can listen and hear your inner wisdom.
