Come together to renew and align our healing frequencies, with The 5Rhythms®, prayer, and meditation.

Dear Community,

Let us remember that we are here on the earth because our ancestors knew we would be born to be a part of 3D world as it is.

We were in their dancing and prayers of all good wishes and dreams.

Mornings can be very disheartening when we are rushed and confused and ungrounded.

Join us for a time to come back to who we are as a ceremony of love: inner light, balance, and protection.

I chose these classes to be with the morning energy.

I chose ON LINE because our physical bodies are already at home .

Our energies still might be in the flying and discombobulated with the mystery of the night, yet our morning dance and our own way of praying will bring us back to our own light and balance and protection.

You may want to have a notebook to write your intentions and your experiences .

Refund Policy

It a glitch in the WWW happens and for whatever reason you cannot join in, your will be refunded. Sometimes we sign up for an event and then cannot make it, That is okay, we have classes for appox two months and they can be made up.

These classes are Waves classes and you can use them as credit for your teacher training.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
