Across these waves, Nirvana will take us on an exploration of how much is already alive and available for us - making no distinction between feet and earth, weight and vastness, body and possibility, soul and belonging.

We will open to the world that unfolds when we trust and honour our feet and the choices they make.

Supported by the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we will explore in each one the wonder of becoming our own compass — the very means that carries us, and the destination we arrive in.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
