I’m drawn to holding spaces where people can be themselves — without pressure to perform or fit a particular way of moving or being. Inclusion, connection, and belonging are central to my teaching.
I come to this work from a lived understanding of difference, including my own lived neurodivergent experience, and from my background as a therapist. This shapes how I teach, with attention to nervous systems, choice, pacing, and the power of music to support connection. I pay close attention to how music and the 5Rhythms map support regulation, expression, and connection, and how they help people listen for their own truth.
