My path in life, like that of most people, is shaped by encounters and situations that forever mark me – from super good to absolutely harmful.

All of these are puzzle pieces that make me the 5Rhythms teacher that I am here and now. I like to combine different approaches in my workshops and groups, which I have learned and applied in my professional diversity. I appreciate facts that are tested by head, heart, and hand, and I seek sacred grails not with incense but with a lot of authenticity. These are also the elements that are important and right for my practice of 5Rhythms as a dancer and teacher.
