Since 2010, I have committed to exploring the body's ancient wisdom

through the 5Rhythms® map to uncover deeper truths. It evolved into a

somatic honor, an understanding and trusting of the healing intelligence

found in movement and breath. Rooted in science, yet with simple

movements, quieting the mental noise and following the body's pulse,

enabled me to reconnect with wholeness and my own vibrant healing.  I am

a 2026 Teacher in Training, mentored by Tammy Burstein.
