DESCRIPCION
The intention of ‘CONNECTIONS’ is to move into the conversation between our internal physical and our outward expression of rhythm and movement. We will dance and move together as we seek the CONNECTION between the inside and the outside of the body. The CONNECTION between self and another and the CONNECTION in group. Using only what the body can do, we move into listening to this body on its own terms. We will use the map of 5Rhythms®: Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical and Stillness to support this journey. Suitable for beginners and experienced dancers alike.There are no prerequisites for this workshop except curiosity.
Everyone is welcome exactly as you are. Any age. Any shape. Any size. Any level of dance-ability.
NOTAS
10am till 5pm - (which is 6hrs of moving at your own pace).
Bring your own lunch. There are no nearby shops open on Sundays.
Tea and snack will be provided. Please bring your own water bottle filled from the start. We have some minimal kitchen facilities that we can use.
Under the current circumstances we will observe the availability of 4mtr2 per person. All care taken to provide a safe space in this regard, but you need to be responsible for your own health. Contact me for any further clarification if needed.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
