Open evening and weekend workshop. As humans we often externalize our living experience through cultural conditioning and move away from who we really are. The dance is the fastest most direct route back into the body. As Gabrielle would always say, ‘The body doesn’t lie.’ And as we surrender into the Waves map we land into our true and organic selves. We are able to ‘Shed the past, forget the future and fall into the moment feet first.’ We fully embrace the power of being.
