Four dance events come together over this special weekend to form one shared journey. Around Halloween and All Saints’ Day—a time when we remember those who came before us—we invite you to a weekend of movement, connection, remembrance and aliveness.

On Saturday, we journey deeper. This day is dedicated to the unknown and the forgotten: those who lived before us whose names we do not know; the stories that have been lost in our families; the grandmothers, grandfathers and entire ancestral lineages whose stories may no longer have anyone to tell them.

Some left no photograph, others no grave. And yet, they were here.

Through a full-day 5Rhythms journey with cacao, we create a safe, held space for the unknown—not to seek answers, but to give the forgotten a place in our dance.
