The dance floor is a sacred space to explore what moves the body heart and mind, and how it can all be integrated in a unique dance that is you at your most real and true.
There is no need for fancy moves, pretending or proving anything . . . this is simply a movement of life energy unfolding and dancing . . . moment by moment by moment . .
In this there is healing.
