Heartbeat makes art of the muck of life. Transforming Feelings… Fear to courage, Anger to Clarity, Sadness to Respectful Release, so that Joy and Compassion come naturally.

This Open Friday Night dance with Meredith Davies will be offered as a ‘taster’ before the Saturday Heartbeat Introduction Heartbeat.

5Rhythms is more than just a good dance. Dancing with our emotions is deeply empowering, fun and transformative work. 

This taster night is an opportunity to explore moving with feeling states, the places we sometimes resist and avoid as well as the places we love and celebrate. 

Realise the vitality and emotional intelligence that all emotion offers us.
