A day workshop from 14:00- 19:00

In this 5hours workshop we dive into the fundamentals of the 5 rhythms that forms the wave.

: how to move from different parts/gateways of the body

: body intelligence, what does it tell you about the way you move from the physical limitations

: finding ways to soften/deepen and being embodied in the rhythms

: exploring how we dance the rhythms on the dance floor is also how the way we will respond to life

: exploring dancing alone, with a partner and in a group

: understanding the lessons in the shadow of each rhythm and how to transform them into essential response towards life

: a safe space to explore inhibitions, limitations, flexibility, attunement to all parts of the body.

No experience needed for this workshop, come as you are and allow this space to drop deeper/expand into your movement.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
