Play, discovery, exploration, curiosity are underestimated in the so-called adult world.

Yet they are fundamental elements in every relationship.

Because they open up new spaces. Because they take us to the world of innocence.

Because they take us out of our dramas. From our dynamics. From what we know by heart.

Play takes us to another plane and helps us reduce stress, stimulate the mind, increase creativity, experience relationships lightly and with an exploratory attitude. Playing is good!! Why not do it through movement?

Thanks to the maps of 5Ritmi and Soul Motion, conscious movement practices, we will get involved.

We will be in the countryside, in a beautiful room of the Fattoria Il Rosmarino, surrounded by vegetable gardens, honey from bees, horses and roosters and many animals. We will be in a bucolic place full of poetry.

If you want to sleep in the Fattoria Rosmarino, is it possibile. Just ask before.

HOURS:

3.00pm-10.00pm (there will be dinner between sessions)

COST:

65 euros for those who book by June 30th.

80 euros for those who book after June 30th.

Deposit to be paid at the time of booking: 25 euros.

The deposit is non-refundable but can be given to someone who is not already a member.

Dinner: 20 euros

Menu: Buckwheat and garden vegetables

Chickpea humus and garden salad.

Fresh herbal teas.
