Dance weekend with the 5 Rhythms with the opportunity to paint and write.

A weekend where you are in the center and given the opportunity to know, what is most important for you now and what you need.

If you can dance freely without demands on how it should look or be, your whole being relaxes and life energy flows naturally into the body. This often creates an experience of joy, that it is fun and you get energy for yourself. It often gives a feeling of calm and natural belonging. Painting and writing create the same possibilities if there are no requirements for how it should look. There will be one session in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Bring materials for painting and writing. We can use water-based paint such as watercolor but not acrylic. Crayons, pastels and pencils are recommended and blocks in a4-a2. Contact Kerstin if you have questions about materials. Co-teacher is Kerstin Åkesson, the creator of  www.movementtoart.se
