The Navajo Indians saw their spiritual path as the Path of Beauty. They realized that our source of life, the creative Source, the Creator, only creates beauty because everything in nature and in the universe is beautiful. So to honor the Source/Creator, their life's purpose was to walk in Beauty. We take this with us as inspiration this weekend as we dance/move freely from each, to find a deep union with the body, with our life energy and with the very experience of our whole being.In these times of such great changes and inner transformation in all of humanity due to a constant influx of high-frequency life energy and higher consciousness, we all go through great processes of change that are more or less challenging for each of us. Everything is happening for the highest and best for everything and everyone, but so far it is very turbulent, confusing, it creates fear, anger, frustration and fatigue.
In our workshop, opportunities are offered to look at all these questions, in case you want, while we dance. And we're not looking for practical results or answers here, just a greater awareness of what you already know on a deeper level and a confirmation of this to yourself.

What do you need?
How can I best relate to "everything" in my life as it is now?
