We gather to understand the relationship of these rhythms in our daily lives; to understand the essentials and shadows of each rhythm; to understand the fundamental gateways/elements/spirits in each of the rhythm; to embody the rhythms not just on the dance floor but out into the external world of how the body intelligence respond with cultivated practice and awareness; to deep dive into the layers where in usual classes you might not be able to reach the depth of your yearning to connect within yourself and with others; exercises with partner and group apart from 2 waves session in the morning and evening to move through in the full days workshop; to explore what motivates and moves you?!NOTAS
