Tornano musica e movimento in foresta per celebrare il ferragosto. Un formato estivo e 2 diverse possibilità diverse di viverla, scegli quella che preferisci: 

1. Versione Retreat: con sistemazione in una favolosa villa con piscina e una vista spettacolare nella quale trascorrere le notti, i pasti e la giornata di domenica in relax (dal ven alla domenica pom) https://www.sanroccobenabbio.net

2. Versione solo Foresta: partecipando alle danze e alle attività in foresta del venerdì+sabato; solo il sabato o solo il venerdì sera. 

Un weekend intero di movimento ed espressività, avventura e relax.  

COSA TI ASPETTA: La foresta di Canyon Park si accenderà di musica per 2 giorni e tu potrai godere liberamente delle sue acque cristalline e freschissime e delle spiaggette naturali sul fiume. Ecco cosa potrai fare: 

° fare scatenarti o rilassarti con le sessioni di 5Ritmi Waves ed Ecstatic Dance; 

° pause relax al suono di Handpan e strumenti dal vivo; 

° provare una sessione di yoga, sup yoga o zip line

° e se opterai per la versione Retreat la domenica e i pernottamenti saranno gestiti alla meravigliosa Villa San Rocco a Benabbio.

Sab: 10.30-20.30 musica, relax, avventura. Dom: ( per chi sceglie il retreat)relax in piscina Villa San Rocco (pernottamento e pasti gestiti in loco) 

COSTI:

**Weekend Retreat : 2notti ven+sab; pasti (dal ven sera al pranzo della domenica) + danza + 1 attività a scelta del Canyon = 410 || con 2 attività del Canyon= 430 

Accomodation: Villa San Rocco, Benabbio, ex antico Monastero risalente a metà del XIV secondo trasformato in una affascinante Villa con piscina.

Back to the forest music & movement for a summer format and 2 different possibilities to live it, choose the one you prefer:

1. Retreat version: with accommodation in a fabulous villa with swimming pool and a spectacular view in which to spend the nights, meals and Sunday day in relaxation (https://www.sanroccobenabbio.net)

2. Forest only version: participating in the dances and activities in the forest on Friday and Saturday; only on Saturday or only on Friday evening.

A whole weekend of movement and expressiveness, adventure and relaxation in the Villa.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU: The Canyon Park forest will light up with music for 2 days and you will be able to freely enjoy its crystal clear and fresh waters of the natural beaches on the river. Here's what you can do:

° let loose or relax with the sessions of 5Ritmi Waves and Ecstatic Dance;

° relaxation breaks to the sound of Handpan and live instruments;

° try a yoga session, sup yoga or zip line

° and if you opt for the Retreat version on Sunday and overnight stays will be managed at the wonderful Villa San Rocco in Benabbio.
