The path is not always visible. It is felt under your feet, in your breath, in the pulse of your moving body. In this three-part 5Rhythms series you are invited to explore and deepen trust in your path — not as an idea, but as a practice that includes your body, mind and soul.

Every path begins with a first step. Before we move forward, we must feel where we stand. In this first weekend, we root into the body as our foundation. Through Flowing, we reconnect to the continuous support of the earth, and cultivate connection to our own physical being and the intelligence of our body. Through Staccato, we clarify our boundaries, our direction, and our strengths. When groundedness and clarity meet, trust becomes embodied.  How would it feel like to trust the intelligence of your body? What shifts when there is a foundation that is supporting you? Which strengths lie in your roots?

unknown

The path is rarely straight. What if trust is the willingness to let go of the idea you had about the journey? There are moments when you must loosen your grip, step into uncertainty, and allow something old to fall away. This weekend invites you into the courageous terrain of release — into Chaos, into surrender, to the wild edge where control softens, into the liberating space of not knowing where your path will lead you next. If some of the weight you carry would drop, what kind of space would open up? What would happen if you take the leap? Which wildest dreams are you holding back?

TRUST in UNFOLDING · Unfolding your potential · Expressing your soul · Grace & Gratitude

The path - just like unfolding - is not something you can force. It is something you need to trust — then it will reveal itself. In this final chapter, we soften into the subtle and powerful space of becoming. Through Lyrical and Stillness, you are invited to listen for what is emerging. To explore how trust matures into grace — how surrender ripens into gratitude. What if you would truly embrace your uniqueness? What would change if you moved through your life from your soul? Can you trust the unique timing of your life?

❗️Prerequisite: Three 5Rhythms® Waves classes are required prior to attendance. Attendance counts as 2,5 days Waves towards the 5Rhythms® Teacher Training prerequisites.
