Every six months, the equinox splits day and night almost evenly, offering a moment of balance - a day celebrated by humans since ancient times. Gathering at the equinox connects us to the rhythms of the cosmos and the cycles of nature, reminding us of our interconnectedness, wonder, and belonging. The Spring Equinox brings renewal, fertility, and awakening - a seasonal threshold.

In this ceremonial online 5Rhythms session, we will move and be together to honour this time - a final farewell to the dark, a precious moment to pause, resting in the balance, and then a surrender to the many gifts of the light.
