A SERIES OF FIVE OPEN SUNDAY MEETINGS IN LJUBLJANA – THE FIRST MEETING – STRONG MY ROOTS (FLOWING)

Welcome dear dancing souls!

Hope you had a great holidays. We wish you a happy, healthy, fluid, encouraging and healthy 2022. We would like to inform you that we are reopening our regular Sunday meetings in Ljubljana.

At the first meeting, I will invite you to strengthen contact with the feet, with our roots. The feet are connected to our internal organs and when we dance barefoot we receive a gentle massage and treatment in addition to the beneficial effects of movement. When we activate the feet, we activate the flow in the body and the energy of the earth nourishes and supports us. We ground our body and pay attention to our inner experience. We free ourselves from the dust of everyday thoughts and we free ourselves our inner dancer who has always been here with us. We give our body space to activate self-healing.

Teaching in individual meetings is adapted to the 5Rhythms maps, happening in the group and the level of prior knowledge.

Welcome both beginners and experienced dancers.

We are collecting applications via the online application form - https://forms.gle/cUkdMq49ei3fzBB77, no later than till 3 pm on Sunday. You will receive a more detailed location upon registration. The dance starts at 6:30 p.m.

The locker rooms and the dancing hall will be open from 18.15 onwards, come early enough and take the time to chat, change your clothes in peace and that we can start together.

Without steps or choreography to learn - instead, learn to listen to ourselves and our body through dance, movement and breathing.
