Dans is bidden met het lijf.

Door te bidden maken we verbinding met iets dat groter is dan onszelf.

De opbouw van de ochtend is simpel en heeft toch vaak een diepe werking. We beginnen na de warming up met een gedicht, de thema's van het gedicht zijn de opening naar de dans van plm 1,5 uur. Dan zitten we 15 min in stilte.
Iedereen is welkom, opgeven is niet nodig.
Graag zelf een kussentje of iets dergelijks meenemen.
Na afloop is er mogelijkheid om thee te drinken.
