Coming Home Waves This class is an open invitation to come home to your body. An invitation to fully inhabit your body and dance with it as only you can. An invitation to step out of the narrowness of your mind and into the shape-shifting fluid possibilities of your body. Won’t you join me and let the gentle waves of the morning carry you home? About me: When I first began to dance it was to spite my disability. When I continued to dance it was despite my disability. Now I dance with my disability in the darkness and the light.NOTAS

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
