Dance at Home is a weekly 90 minute drop in you can join from anywhere with an internet connection. We’re on the Zoom platform, so you’ll also need to have that installed on your device.

Each week we’ll check in with our body parts and move through the 5Rhythms® wave with however we are and whatever is going on in our world. You are very welcome to join even if you can’t move very much at all . . . come and be supported by the Wave!

We’ll get out of our heads and into our feet and hearts as we awaken to the memory of our basic goodness. A weekly reset, moving together in a field of benevolent compassion to ground, express, release, refresh and restore as needed. There will be great music and light guidance.
