DESCRIPCION
The class will start with a warm-up of the body. You will get a short information on the energy of each of the rhythms, after which we will dance a 1h ' Wave of Rhythms' together. There will be some meditative guidance offered to help you dive into each rhythm, but take to the heart that there is no right or wrong way to dance the Rhythms! For more information on the Rhythms, check out the home page.Classes are open to anyone from new comers to long-time practitioners of any age or physical condition.
Dress comfortably in clothes that you don't mind sweating in, where shoes that you can dance with (outdoor), bring a bottle of water and your curiosity!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
