We dance in the Eurythmy Room. Starting with guided body parts, to bring your awareness to your whole self. Followed by a light and lyrical music list, with space for your inner and outer dance. The class will be a Sweat Your Prayers set up, following a wave of music and your own movement through the 5Rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness.Free your body, free your emotions, free your energy.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
