We will be opening the large windows to allow air circulation.

In-person payment on the door, £8/£10 (unwaged, waged).

Travel instructions
Car: On street parking on Middlewood Road and side roads. Please take note of clearway signs on side roads. Don’t park between the clearway sign and Middlewood Road, you may get a parking fine.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
