We welcome you to a night with joy and depth and moving with the 5Rhythms. We will dance whatever moves inside us, what so ever we will bring into the dance and let the inner movement grow and unfold all we are through the Rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness.

NOTAS

You are all welcome with or without experiences in 5Rhythms. Here diversity is a matter of the heart, so you are warmly welcome with your body, your heart and your mind.

Bring a big bottle of water or 2 smaller to drink and light clothes in layers. Most dancers dance with bare feet, or you can bring dance shoes.

The price if you are more than 30 years is 190 Danish crowns and 160 Danish Crowns, if you are unemployed or live from pension. The new prices include Danish Tax.

The price if you are less than 30 years, is 150 Danish Crowns and 130 Danish Crowns.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
