Come explore free and intuitive movement in a welcoming and safe space, and experience the restorative power of dance.Once a month, we offer a 5Rhythms dance session with Joyleen Rao and once a month another Conscious Movement Dance.
A space to come back to the body, release tension, follow your own movement and express yourself freely, without performance or judgment, supported by music and guidance.
A pause from everyday life, a moment to reconnect with yourself and enjoy the simple pleasure of dancing together.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
