These Wednesday evening classes are open to beginners and dancers who have danced for years. There are no steps to follow; this is an invitation from the heart to get out of the head, into the body and simply surrender to movement. This movement meditation practice invites us to be curious about how our dance unfolds in flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, over and over again. Let’s breathe, ground, express, release, expand and soften while we follow the movements of our body. You are welcome to join. Bring your friends, your heart, a bottle of water, your bare feet and the willingness to move and sweat.

NOTAS

After offering courses of 5 evenings in Ede/Wageningen/Bennekom several times, we now start an open class. In 2019 still some irregular dates because of planning issues in this new venue, from January 2020 we dance fortnightly. Welcome to join!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
