This is a collective that brings different conscious dance modalities together.

I have been invited to bring the 5Rhythms to this community for the last 11 years.

Come and experience this vibrant community, if you're in Cambridge or nearby.

Bring yourself as you are.. and Let's DANCE!

Class runs from 7pm - 9pm.

Doors open @ 6.45pm. Close @ 7.15pm.

Prices: £12-£15 plus Concession on demand.

I am taking a workshop on the weekend of June 15th and 16th. Details in workshops.

I will also be teaching on the Friday June 14th. It is not part of the workshop. You can come and dance separately, or dance on the Friday night, which will also connect to the workshop over the weekend. Either way, look forward to moving with you on the dance floor soon..

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
