DESCRIPCION
Waves Drop in class. Friendly and down to earth vibe. I am the most regular teacher but there are often guest teachers including Alex Mackay, Andrew Holmes, Chris Boylan and Neil Pinnock. Runs every Monday. Check for possible cancelled dates over the Christmas period. Cost - £12 (£9 for low-waged and £6 for concessions)NOTAS
The room is up two flights of steps so not good for disabled access.
The class is a 10 minute walk from Lime Street station near the Catholic cathedral and in the building next door to the Everyman theatre. Free parking in the area after 6pm.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
